Product Application

High temperature resistance requirements for industrial products such as steam irons, ovens, high temperature air filters, high temperature ovens, high temperature pipes, etc.
Method of use

◆ Clean the surface: clean the surface of the sticky or coated material, and clean it with a cleaning agent to remove rust, dust and oil stains.
◆ Sizing: Cut the glue nozzle to the required size and load it into the glue gun. Squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface to make it evenly distributed. When bonding, close and fix the bonded surface.
◆ Curing: Place the coated parts in the air and cure about 2mm in thickness at room temperature for 24 hours.
◆Precautions: After opening, use it once as much as possible, and once it is not used up. When using it again, squeeze out the cured part and continue to use it without affecting normal use.
◆ The application process of temperature resistance 300 degree after large area sizing. After the silica gel is cured for 3 days, the initial heating procedure shall be carried out before it is placed in a high temperature environment of 300 degrees:
◆ After the colloid is completely cured (8mm thickness needs to be cured for 24 days at 23 ℃ 55% humidity, please extend the curing time appropriately when the temperature and humidity are low), the temperature is programmed according to 80 ℃ → 120 ℃ → 160 ℃ → 200 ℃ → 220 ℃ → 240 ℃ → 260 ℃ → 280 ℃ → 300 ℃ for 60min.
