Product Application
Designed for a variety of metal, glass, silicone rubber, plastic, mica sheet, ceramic substrates to provide long-term thermal stability bonding design.
Typical applications are: bonding of plastic shell to aluminum plate, sealing of steam chamber of electric iron, CIPG of motor control box, bonding of heating element.
Method of use
When the product in the original packaging is stored below -5°C, it can have an effective use period of 12 months from the date of production. After more than 12 months after testing to determine whether to use. The storage environment temperature is about 20 degrees, try to use it within 5 months. For example, in an uncertain and changeable storage environment, the best use period is within 2 months. It is strictly prohibited to store in the space where the ambient temperature is higher than 30 ℃, which will greatly shorten the storage period. Barrel or carton packaging goods, transportation must be through the cold chain temperature within 20 degrees of logistics transportation; tube packaging should be in the foam box to add dry ice or a large number of ice to isolate the environment high temperature.
