Product Application

High temperature resistance requirements for industrial products such as steam irons, ovens, high temperature air filters, high temperature ovens, high temperature pipes, etc.

Method of use

Clean the surface: clean the surface of the sticky or coated object, and use the cleaning agent to remove rust, dust and oil.
Sizing: cut the glue nozzle to the required size and install the glue gun. Squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface to make it evenly distributed. When bonding, close and fix the bonded surface.
Curing: The coated parts are placed in the air and cured at room temperature for 24 hours with a thickness of about 2mm.
Note: After opening, use it up once as much as possible, and once it is not used up. When using it again, squeeze out the cured part and continue to use it without affecting normal use.
The application process of temperature resistance 300 degree after large area sizing. After the silica gel is cured for 3 days, the initial temperature rise procedure is carried out before it is placed in a high temperature environment of 300 degrees: after the colloid is completely cured (8mm thickness needs to be cured for 24 days at 23 degrees C and 55% humidity, please extend the curing time appropriately when the temperature and humidity are low), the temperature rise procedure is carried out according to 80 degrees C → 120 degrees C → 160 degrees C → 200 degrees C → 220 degrees C → 240 degrees C → 260 degrees C → 280 degrees C → 300 degrees C.
